Our Quality Assurance Program is based largely on the concept of Total Quality Management – originally developed by the U.S. Navy in 1985 and which has become the baseline approach to quality in both the government and private sectors for the past 30 years. It is a management approach to long-term success through customer satisfaction. Our quality assurance program is based on all members of our organization participating in improving processes, products, services and the culture in which we work.

We have standardized our processes and deliverables to provide the highest quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness within our company and for our customers. We also continuously seek to improve our processes and deliverables based on any new inputs and experiences that we encounter from new customer requests and changing cultural and economic conditions.
Our internal processes are organized and documented in our policies and procedure, training manuals, and our templates. Our external deliverables are defined and driven by our customers’ needs and requests – and are customized to provide the highest quality possible in the most efficient manner. We do this by involving every member of our organization and is driven by the highest level of our company – which allows us to embed quality concepts into everything we do and every business decision we make.

Recruiting the best candidates for each open position or assignment is critical to the success of our business. Our quality assurance process begins with our internal and external databases, networks, contacts, and incoming inquiries where the initial candidate screening takes place. We don’t just read resumes. We dissect each experience/position, education, longevity, and career progression in order to screen for the top tier candidates.

Our interview process uses standardized procedures which are intended to deliver quality in each step – including extensive Application Form, appropriate and relevant Skills & Aptitude Tests, and formal In-Person Interviews.

Our hiring process also uses standardized procedures and templates which adhere to local, state, and federal laws, along with each customer’s unique needs. The quality of our hiring processes and templates are reviewed each year in order to consistently deliver highest quality and efficiency possible.

During an engagement, we use ongoing quality monitoring procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction is achieved. We employ quality review checklists, performance report monitoring, customer assessments, peer reviews, and program executive reviews in order to ensure the highest quality is delivered to our customers.

After the completion of each engagement, we also seek feedback and debrief from our customers in order to create a feedback loop to our Quality Assurance Program – which serves to continuously update and improve our ability to provide the best value to our customers.
